 INSGRAF is in a possession of complete technical plan of 2-star hotel in wooden modular technology. INSGRAF is ready to render this project accessible to potential investor but we can also modify the plan according to investors requirements. To be granted construction permission investor would need to make only the project of electricity, sewage system and water installation connections and the project of foundation.  Hotel consists of maximum 48 rooms (containers 18 m2) and 7 long containers (35 m2) in front part. However this technology enables to start the investment with limited number of rooms and extend it by adding further containers, depending on investor’s needs, when hotel already functions. It will not disturb hotel activity.
All the rooms are with separate bathrooms with WC and shower cabin and individual water heating system. Air conditioning, internet access, TV, radio and phone installation are offered in standard. Traditional wall heaters or floor heating are offered in option. Rooms are furnished with furniture manufactured by INSGRAF. Hotel consists of 2-storeyed part containing hotel rooms and the part containing restaurant, administration and charring subsidiaries that make 1-storeyed structure.
Basing on the project of Hotel OLIMPUS a guesthouse project was made. It repeats same plan and room arrangement. New character has been obtained thanks to wooden elevation, doors and windows deployment. On the roof of gastronomic part there is terrace that can be used as summer coffee bar.
