Although INSGRAF specialises in production of modular buildings we also undertake the realization of the investments like housing estates or building complexes arranged in rows in prefabricated timber houses technology.  In this method the inside and outside walls, floors and roofs are manufactured in the factory according to the documentation. In the prefabricated elements windows, doors, electric, heating, plumbing installations are set in the production process. All prefabricated elements are thermally insulated. Outside elevation, depending on the project, is assembled in the factory or in the construction site.

The elements are delivered to the construction site and assembled and finished by our team on the light foundation laid before. This technology enables much faster construction than traditional building method, however modular method, also described on this web page, is the fastest one. 

The example of such realization is the complex of social houses of total area 2.000 m¬≤ which we build right now in Szczecinek. It is presented on the pictures. The prefabrication method was chosen for this investment due to the requirement of high, sloping roofs. The walls and the roofs of these houses are thermally insulated with 10 cm mineral wool and the floor consists of concrete placed on foamed polystyrene and covered with OSB plate.
